鍋を一口(辛い方：赤)食べたとき、汗が吹き出るくらい出て、違う料理を口にしても、味が分からず、失敗しました。
店の人も、ちゃんと説明してくれれば良かった。と、思います。
 I used it at work,
When I ate a bite of a pot (spicy one: red), I sweated so much that I couldn't understand the taste even if I ate a different dish, so I failed.
It would be nice if the shop staff could explain it properly. I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味付けが本格的で美味しかったです。ボリュームも凄くて、全部食べきれない位でした。個室でゆっくりできるし、また行きたいです。
The seasoning was authentic and delicious. The volume was so great that I couldn't eat it all. I can relax in a private room and want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一押しは海鮮パリパリ麺。四川料理店なのに広東風な味付けで食べ易く美味しい。量は確実に２人前。２人で行くなら、このパリパリ麺と点心系を１人前で充分。結局安価。
One push is seafood crispy noodles. Although it is a Sichuan restaurant, it is easy to eat and delicious with Cantonese flavor. The amount is definitely 2 servings. If you go with two people, this crispy noodle and dim sum system is enough for one person. After all it is cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中辛を食べましたがかなり辛いです。高級ラム肉とアワビ、鶏肉団子、野菜の盛り合わせ、キクラゲをチョイスしました。ラム肉がくせがなくおいしかったです。
又行きたいお店です♪
I ate medium hot but it ’s pretty hot. We chose high-quality lamb and abalone, chicken dumplings, assorted vegetables, and jellyfish. The lamb meat was delicious without any habit.
It is a shop that I want to go again ♪

本場でいただいた味に匹敵する辛うまさ。
火鍋を1500円、他の一品ものもライス＋ドリンクで1500円でいただけるのもうれしい。
もちろんコースも充実していて、むしろこちらがおすすめ
おそらく中国人の方がスタッフさんで、雰囲気もいいです。
ノンアルコールビールの一杯目が常温立ったのにはビックリ

定食を、食べようと思ったのですが、火鍋セットが、有り＋300円で、2種類のスープになるので、其を注文
赤いスープは、マーラーと言い、辛さ真ん中に、しました。
白いスープは、パイタンです。
お肉は、豚肉で、野菜は、キクラゲ、豆腐、もやし、季節の野菜
先ずは赤いスープを、飲んで見た、とても辛く、油っこい、白いスープは、良い感じ
白いスープに、赤いスープを、入れると丁度良い味わい辛さになる。
ご飯は、中々良い感じで、美味しい、お米が立って居ますね
漢方20種類入ってる見たいで、体に良いのかな？

この日は日替わりが麻婆豆腐定食だったので、大辛でいただきました。
辛いもの好きな自分も納得の辛さ。
お代わり自由で680円だったので、コスパも抜群でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 並木通りの 火鍋ダイニング 煌さん ランチで初めて伺いました。ビルの4Fにあります。半チャーハン＋ラーメンセットを戴きました。ラーメンは 味噌、醤油、塩が選べます。美味しかったです。
I visited the fire pot dining on Namiki-dori for the first time at lunch. Located on the 4th floor of the building. I received a half fried rice + ramen set. You can choose miso, soy sauce, or salt for ramen. It was delicious.
