W	Wtan Ptan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先に断って置くが餃子は美味い。ただし、接客は最悪。多分ここのオヤジの性格なのだろう！徳島、松山、松江の店舗に行ったことがあるがこんなに失礼なお店ではなく気持ちの良いお店だった。この店の雰囲気は最悪だった。餃子の味に⭐️4個オヤジ⭐︎0個残念だ！ I'll decline it first, but the dumplings are delicious. 食	食ッパンマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さんざん飲み歩き、そろそろホテルへ戻ろうかと歩いていたら目に飛び込んできた二郎ライクの黄色く巨大な看板に吸い寄せられるよう入店してしまった、あたかも蛍光灯に群がるガのように。メニューを見れば三種類の餃子が。　別に小腹が空いてここに来たワケではないので生と、基本の焼き餃子を注文した。餃子は注文が入ってからその都度アンを皮で包む仕組みとなっているらしい。さほど間を置かず運ばれてきた餃子は容姿端麗、焼き加減も絶妙、口にする前からおおかた予想はついてしまった、美味しいのだと。餃子をひとつつまみ上げ、まずは何もつけずにかじってみた。サクという心地よい歯ごたえと共に中から肉汁がジュワ、というタイプの餃子ではない。この店の餃子は皮で食べさせる餃子なのである。アンは肉含有率かなり低めのヘルシー仕様。　パリパリな皮の美味しさはひとつ食べるごとに増幅していった。皮を尊重している餃子。「美味しすぎてビックリしましたよ」と女将にいえば、エヘヘンとした可愛らしい笑みと共に、そのこだわりをあたかも大将でなく自らが仕込んでいるように教えてくれた。今回注文したのは基本の餃子で、あとの二種はもっと皮が薄いとの事。おそらくクリスピーさに磨きのかかった餃子なのだろう。それは次回の楽しみにするとして、餃子一枚と生一杯、焼酎一杯を平らげて颯爽と店を後にした。いわゆるひとつの名店。にしてもこれほど餃子という単語を連呼した事はかつてあったであろうか。 I walked around to drink, and when I was about to return to the hotel, I entered the store so that it could be attracted to the huge yellow signboard of Jiro-like that caught my eyes, like a moth crowded with fluorescent lights.
