S	Screaming Lord Byron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事でリッチモンドホテルに長期滞在しているので、週に2回程度夜に利用しています。コロナ禍が始まった頃からテイクアウトも始まり、当時いた店長らしき方が良かったのかもしれませんが、テイクアウトで色々融通もきかせて下さり重宝していました。しかし、コロナが落ち着いてきて、客単価が高い店飲み客が戻ってきたせいか、これまでテイクアウトできてたメニューがどんどん「出せなくなった」とか言って注文できなくなり、選択肢が著しく限定的になりました。栄養バランスを考えて注文していたサラダや野菜系のメニューが頼めないのは致命的です。アルバイトさんの質も落ちてきているような気がします。長期滞在がまだ続くので、今後も利用するとは思いますが、サービスクオリティがどんどん下がってきているのが残念です。今後の改善を期待して今回の評価は???とします。 ◼️追記残念ながらその後もテイクアウトに関してはサービス低下の一途をたどっており、野菜系にとどまらず、酒類もテイクアウト不可と先日言われました。なんとか法の絡みで云々とのことだが、じゃあコロナ中は何だったのか？？？腹に落ちない説明でした? これはリッチモンドホテルさんに言うことかもしれませんが、コロナが落ち着いたことを理由にテイクアウトのサービスを落とすなら、朝食もこれまでのバイキング形式に戻してもらいたい。 I have been staying at the Richmond Hotel for a long time for work, so I use it about twice a week at night.
