小さな展望スポット
特に空気の澄んだ冬景色がお薦めです。
時折放射冷却の影響で雲海も観られますが年に数回、観れたらラッキーですね。
駐車スペースは2台がやっとといったところ
トイレも自販もありません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野県北部から見るアルプスが最高と思っていましたが、やっぱりアルプスがパノラマで見られる所は、どこであれ最高です。きちんと整備されています。駐車場は無きにひとしいですが、眺望はいいです。
I thought that the Alps seen from the northern part of Nagano prefecture was the best, but after all the places where the Alps can be seen in panorama are the best. Well maintained. The parking lot is almost empty, but the view is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筑北村から松本市へつなぐ長野県道303号線の風越峠にある展望台。
展望台があることは知っていたけど、いつも素通りしていた場所でした。今回は雪の降った後で、いつもと違う風景に惹かれ立寄ってみました。駐車場が狭いところに積雪が邪魔をして1台停めるのがやっと。こんなことも滅多にないと思うと益々楽しくなります。
よく晴れた日で見晴らしが良くアルプスを一望！まさに大パノラマです。清々しく冷たい空気が全てを綺麗にしてくれる…そんな感じに浸ったのでした（笑）特筆した所はないけど、天候に恵まれれば景観を堪能できるオススメの場所です。
An observatory on the Kazekoshi Pass on Nagano Prefectural Road 303, which connects Chikuhoku Village to Matsumoto City.
I knew there was an observatory, but it was a place I always passed by. This time, after it snowed, I was attracted to a different landscape and stopped by. It is finally possible to park one car in a small parking lot due to snow cover. It will be even more fun if you think that this is rare.
It's a sunny day with a good view and a panoramic view of the Alps! It's a big panorama. The fresh and cold air cleans everything ... I was soaked in that feeling (laughs) There is nothing special to mention, but it is a recommended place where you can enjoy the scenery if the weather is nice.
