参考にしていただければ光栄ですが、2021.11中旬上塩尻側から山に入り、登り70分、下り80分でした。
登った日は落ち葉が積もっており、下に小石や木の根がある所はトレッキングシューズでも滑る事がありました。足場が見えにくい所などはより慎重に移動しました。
