★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望塔からの景色は最高です。数々の各地展望スポットを攻略してきたけど、空いてて入場料金が安くて、且つ眺めが良くて、更に海風が心地良くて最高の展望スポットでした。自身のオススメリストへ追加します！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工業地帯を走っていると突如現れる歪な形のタワーはインパクト大です
上部からの景色はとても開放的で鹿島港に周囲の工業地帯に遠く筑波山まで見えました
タワーから見る景色の中ではかなり独特な部類に入るのではないでしょうか
人によっつは足がすくむようですが一度は登ってみる価値ありです
ただ西風時は工場からの異常な臭いに耐えられずあまり長居出来ませんでした

高所恐怖症の人は無理ですね?
でも見晴らしは最高です！

鹿島は鉄鋼業が盛んなので、北東側に鉄鉱石の山が見えます。一方で南東側には石油コンビナートがあります。
また、航路建設の歴史と当時の写真が展示されています。
港がどのように変わっていったのかが、よくわかります。
製鉄工程の説明もありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望塔の上は屋外に出られます。少し怖いですが素晴らしい展望です。地上が無風でも上は結構風が吹いていて爽やかでした。

味のある製鉄工場、無数のぼってりしたタンク、ガントリークレーン、巨大なタンカーなど見どころ満載で、思わず時の経過を忘れてしまいそうです。
塔の形も独特で好きです。
