★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名物の金目鯛や、旬の食材を使った日本料理を楽しめる。薄味ながら旨味を良く引き出していて、老若男女問わず味わえる。今回は金目鯛の姿煮をいただいた。さすがに見栄えあり、おいしかった。
 You can enjoy the famous Kinme-don and Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Although it is light, it has a good taste and can be enjoyed regardless of age or sex. This time, I had a simmered figure of Kinmoku. It really looked good and was delicious.

高級な雰囲気とそれ相応のお値段です。
スタッフさんは笑顔でとてもかわいらしい女性が、気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。
お酒は辛口のみ置いてあるとのこと。
Japanese restaurant in Izu Imaihama Tokyu Hotel.
It has a high-class atmosphere and a reasonable price.
The staff was a very pretty woman with a smile, and she gave us a pleasant response.
It is said that only dry sake is placed.

お酒もいただきながら約２時間かけてゆっくりといただきました。
年輩の方には、ちょっと量が多いかも知れません。
料理長が交代されて、お料理の内容や器類がリニューアルされてました。
特に大きな金目鯛の姿煮に、感動致しました。
Akatsuki course
We enjoyed it for about 2 hours while drinking alcohol.
Seniors may have a little more.
The chef was changed, and the contents and dishes of the dish were renewed.
I was particularly impressed by the big boiled bream.

The staff are friendly and very kind. You can use it with confidence even with children. I'm satisfied with the detailed service, but I don't feel full because it's Japanese food.
