★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月山弥陀ヶ原八合目まではバスか車で、湿原の木道を散策し、月山まで登れない方のために祈祷していただける場所もあり、高原や湿原がたまらなく好きな方には、一周2km位、散策コース有り。途中道さえ良ければ、訪れる人も多いのでは、残念な場所では！
 By bus or car up to the eighth station of Gassan Midagahara, you can stroll along the wooden path of the marshland and there are places where you can pray for those who can not climb to Gassan. Around 2km, there is a walking course. If there is a good way on the way, there are many visitors, so it is a disappointing place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羽黒山口からすぐに広がる湿原。今年は雪が最近まであったので、花が一気に咲いたようです。傾斜地に広がるお花畑。
A wetland that spreads quickly from Haguro Yamaguchi. This year it has been snowing until recently, so it seems that flowers have bloomed at once. A flower garden spreads on a slope.

It was easy to walk on the boardwalk and was just the right length for a light hike. I had a lunch box and it was relaxing and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は大雨の後でやっと月山8合目駐車場までたどり着きました。
遊歩道を1時間半程あるき、神社で御朱印をいただき駐車場にもどしました。
月山への身近は舗装されているものの、道が狭く観光バスも来るので土日祭日は夏場は渋滞しますので、大変時間がかかります。
神社の休憩所もマスク必要ですので、持ち歩くのが無難です。
8号目駐車場トイレは100円かかりますので、前もって準備をしておくと良いですね。
On this day, after heavy rain, I finally arrived at the 8th station parking lot of Tsukiyama.
After about an hour and a half on the promenade, I got a red stamp at the shrine and returned to the parking lot.
Although the area around Mt. Gassan is paved, the road is narrow and tourist buses come, so it takes a lot of time on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays because of traffic jams in the summer.
A mask is also required at the rest area of the shrine, so it is safe to carry around.
The 8th parking lot toilet costs 100 yen, so it's a good idea to prepare in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月初旬と９月初旬でこれだけ景色が変わります。９ケ月に及ぶ長い冬、わずか３ケ月の春・夏・秋、何回来ても新発見があります。月山八合目の独特な匂いが大好きです。
The scenery changes so much between early July and early September. There are new discoveries no matter how many times you come, with a long winter of nine months and spring, summer, and autumn of just three months. I love the unique scent of Gassan 8th Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月中旬にハイキング目的で行きました。天候にも恵まれてとても神秘的な場所でした。
人もまばらで良い写真が撮れました。行く途中の山道が狭く対向車が来た際は注意です。
I went hiking in mid-October. It was a very mysterious place blessed with the weather.
People were sparse and good pictures were taken. Be careful when the mountain road on the way is narrow and an oncoming vehicle comes.
