★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニコニコ車検寒川店で12ヶ月クーポン点検でオイル交換・エレメント交換・タイヤローテーションetcをお願いしました。が、点検表にはオイル・エレメント交換どころかタイヤローテーション・日付、担当者欄も空白だったのでお客様センターにあまりにも杜撰で誰が何をやったのか全く解らないと言い翌日、自称社長の下の人間という男から昨日色々苦情を言ってたようだが立派なクレーマーだ！無料クーポンなんだからチェックの必要は無い！オイルは銘柄も何も無い最低のモノを入れている。などなど12ヶ月無料クーポンがあっから車検に入れたのにこの有様。「無料の客は余計な事を言うなって事ですか？」と聞いたら「そうです」と。
録音してるのでもう一度お名前宜しいですか？「また言わせるんですか？○○ですよ」で建設的な話ができないので電話を切る。
今日オートバックスに簡易無料検査をしてもらい色々悪い所が。チェック表をみせたら「あ〜あり得ないですね」との事。
そしてタイヤローテーションも取り替えただけで空気圧もそのまま逆。今日気づきオートバックスで空気圧を調整する。品が無い話し方、企業方針、接客態度、king of 最低。ただでも車検、検査どころかガソリンも絶対入れない。
