When asking the chef about the ribs, he explained that they take 3 days to prepare. The effort is clear in the taste. Amazing. Do not forget to eat the garlic cloves accompanying the ribs.

The beef, cooked with cherrywood is uniquely prepared and manages to capture additional flavours while keeping succulence - 10/10. Deserts impeccably presented ice-creams and mouse with delicate sides. Could not be done better. To top it all the service was attentive to detail. Even the steak knives are works of art. M	Markus Impola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful atmosphere within the Hilton Tokyo hotel to have dinner. The food itself here was decent but I have very high standards for steaks. The charcoal base the steak was served on overpowered the flavor of the actual meat. Too much of a burnt charcoal flavor. Especially given the high price of the steaks you would expect better. Service was very friendly and can easily converse in English with the staff. Tuna appetizer plate was quite good.
