L	Lee Horger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok. I ordered Chinese Broccoli, szechuan chicken,BBQ beef, jelly fish, white rice and szechuan noodle. Only thing that was good was the white rice. Lesson learned is: don't order Chinese's food in Japan Hilton toyko.
M	Max Deering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dinner buffet was about $80, NOT WORTH GOING!!! The signature Peking duck was a joke! Duck skin serve on a shrimp chip, no duck meat what so ever, only the skin you eat. The crab omelette was an omelette sprinkle with little bits of crab. The food was ok, nothing to brag about. Limited Dim Sum choices... Only three to choose from.

S	Steven DiGiacomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to cater an event for an entire company then the Dynasty offers a great space with windows lining the walls. We had about 75 people in our group and it was just the right amount of space. The event staff was very attentive and fully masked.

M	May A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the latest Chinese afternoon tea with dim sums and strawberries. The food was great and the setting is nice. And the staff were polite. So I give you 5 stars for those points. However, I’m giving 3 stars overall because I felt unsafe during the Omicron pandemic. Omicron is AIRBORNE and you just have to be in the same room to get infected. I saw many ppl in line to be seated, and other customers behind me were standing closer than 1 meter away from me and TALKING LOUDLY. in the dining hall I saw lots of women and some small kids (young enough not to get vaccinated!!!) - nowadays family clusters are happening because KIDS bring in corona and infect family members. Small ones can’t get vaccinated so the restaurants should NOT ALLOW KIDS. I’d say, most ppl were talking and laughing without masks!! Totally INSANE. Although they gave me a corner table next to the single diner, there were 3 loud women across from me and I was quite scared. Why can’t they ADVISE customers to talk WITH MASK ON? Every time they seat customers, they should tell them to put the mask on when they talk. We can’t rely on those irresponsible, selfish customers to do the right thing. And they occupy 95% of the diners there! lol So the restaurant has to tell them to behave. THAT IS WHY OMICRON IS SPREADING QUICKLY. I won’t eat there until this madness is over.
O	Ozam Nanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Chinese Afternoon Tea - consisting of appetizers presented afternoon-tea style, cup of soup, fried noodle, all-you-can-eat dim sum and strawberries. It was 5,800 yen including taxes and service fees so basically you cannot complain, but still, if you expect certain quality and service from the Hilton brand, then you should avoid. Food was not at all impressive (except all-you-can eat strawberries) and service was slow, not attentive and confusing. You can find much better lunch for under JPY3,000 if you don`t have to stick to hotel dining.
