 I came here today for a recall. The Mercedes brand was not expensive, but the staff were friendly and the response was great. It is a dealer who wants to go again.

スタッフの対応は丁寧の一言につきます。
店内も新しく綺麗で巨大なディスプレイに圧倒されます。
遊びに行くだけでも全然大丈夫です。
一度、メルセデスに触れてみてはいかがですか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗なショールームです。社員の方も良く教育されているかと思いますが、車両は細かい所でたまに不具合が出ます。車両に関してはレクサスの方がノートラブルです。後は立地はイオンに近いので、休日は道路の混雑に注意です。
It is a beautiful showroom. I think that employees are well educated, but the vehicle sometimes has problems in small details. For vehicles, Lexus is no trouble. The location is close to AEON, so be careful of road congestion on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部品を注文しに行って３０分くらい待たされ説明の途中おかしいと思い、聞き直したのですが、話を丸められてその場で注文しました。数時間後電話が来て見積もり間違えと、金額１万円上乗せされたので、注文キャンセルした。数年前、店舗が新しく出来たばかりの頃、丁度メルセデスからリコールの手紙が来てお願いしに行った時、スミマセン出来ませんと断られた。
I went to order the parts and waited for about 30 minutes. I thought it was strange during the explanation, so I asked again, but the story was rounded up and I ordered it on the spot. A few hours later, I received a phone call and made a mistake in the estimate, and the amount was added by 10,000 yen, so I canceled the order. A few years ago, when the store was just opened, when I received a recall letter from Mercedes and went to ask for it, I was refused that I couldn't do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 輸入車あるあるなのかもしれないが購入履歴が無い車両は本当に扱いが雑（府中のディーラーは本当に酷かった）です。でもここ武蔵村山の店舗は本当に真摯に対応していただきました。担当者が退社したり引越ししてディーラーを決めてない方には是非オススメします。今日はありがとうございました。
There may be imported cars, but vehicles with no purchase history are really miscellaneous (the dealers in Fuchu were really terrible). However, the store here in Musashi Murayama really took care of me. It is highly recommended for those who have not decided on a dealer because the person in charge has left or moved.
