a	as on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週日曜日の夜に訪問しました。予約はしていなかったのですが、誘導してくれた若い男性はとても感じが良く、さすがメルセデスだと感心しました。しかし、その後担当して頂いた男性（帰り際に課長であることが判明）は、終始積極的な態度が認められず、何だかとても気をつかいました。①日曜日の夜だから、お疲れなのか？②冷やかしと思われたのか？③コロナ禍で高級車人気が上昇しているので、営業努力は敢えてしないのか？いつもレクサスのディーラーで、良いおもてなしを受けている身としては、正直、非常にガッカリしました。天下のメルセデスの『おもてなし』がこの程度なのかと。同時に購入を検討しているBMWディーラーでは、とても良い対応をされたので、どちらにしようか正直迷ってます。ちなみに、ショールームの受付の方々や他のスタッフの方々は、丁寧な対応と感じました。課長になるには、かなりの営業実績をあげたはずで、営業能力は高いはずなので、私を見込み客扱いしなかったと推測します。そう考えると、益々不快な気持ちになりました。 I visited last Sunday night.
