★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボリュームあるシンプルイズベストなパラパラチャーハン。スープとの食べ合わせは堪りません。こちらに来ると結局これを頼んでしまいます。職人さん達の鍋さばきは見ものです。待ってでも食べたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まったく奇をてらっていない素直な味。なのに美味しい。たぶん素材、味付け、技術のレベルがどれも高いんだろう。素直な味のぶん、美味しいと思ってる他の町中華よりちょっと上をいっていると感じてしまう。いつも混んでるのが何とかならないかなぁ（笑）

店内はピカピカに掃除されていて、お客さんにも目が行き届いているので下手な動きをすると怒られそうな雰囲気があります。
料理は全体的にどれも美味くて盛り付けも綺麗です。
塩加減が程良い塩梅なので、普段から外食やテイクアウトでの食事が多い人には、やや薄味に感じると思います。

女性は入りにくそうに見えたのですが、ホール担当の方がかなりオープンで優しい方で安心しました。普通に並んで、ある程度進んだら壁のメニューが見えるようになります。それを見て注文を聞かれた際に答えればOK。同行者がタンメンを頼んだ際、一緒にシェア用のお椀をくれたりしたので、優しいお店だなと思いました。
レバニラが絶品。もやしとニラのシャキシャキの残し方が天才的でした。量は少し多めですが、味が濃すぎないので最後まで「戦い」にならずに美味しく食べられました。

結論からいうと、美味しめの町中華ってくらいでした。
町中華にしては値段高めでチャーハン870円、餃子500円です。
接客は良いけどコスパは良くないし、味も普通より美味しいかなってくらいなので、30分も並んで食べるレベルではないかなと個人的には思いました。
近くならたまに行ってもいいかなとも思うけど、たぶんもう再訪はないかな。
口コミ評価高いから期待しすぎたのでちょっとガッカリしたけど、悪くはないです。
