神奈川県中から連日、申請者の書類が山のように届き、職員の皆様が大変なのは重々承知しておりますが、それは東京、大阪等の大都市も同じと思います。
東京、大阪は非常にスピーディーで申請から殆どが１ヶ月前後で振込みが完了しているようですが神奈川県は県社協に書類が届いてから１、２ヶ月かかる状況が昨年からまだ続いているようです。
臨時で職員の方を増やすなりして業務の効率化を図るというのは難しいのでしょうか？
窓口の方も終日鳴り止まない電話の応対に追われているようで不憫に思います。
私のように失業中の４０代以上の年齢の方々は年齢の問題に加えコロナの影響も重なり仕事がなかなか決まらず藁にもすがる思いで申請している方がとても多いと思います。
失業していても税金の納付書はしっかり届き、家賃(または住宅ローン)や光熱費もかかり、最低限食事も取らなければならない…生きているだけでお金はかかります。
職員の皆様が大変なのは重々承知していますが申請している我々も本当に死活問題なので一日も早い業務効率化を切に願います！
