Samurai themed restaurant. Very strong and rich tsukemen. The noodles are very special with a good bite and interesting texture. The pork chashyuu is hugeeeee! The bamboo shoot is tasty as well. There's a free size upgrade. A typical meal runs around 1300 yen.

This might have been the worst meal I’ve had in Japan over 2 weeks - I normally do my research and go to the well known places, this restaurant was rated as one of the top ramen places so I decided to give it a try the day before we left - biggest mistake. We thought it would be comparable to Tatsunoya, which is right around the corner and believe me that IS the best ramen we’ve had. This one however was awful, I really wanted to like it. It had a fish smell in the broth, I suppose if you like fishy broth this is for you but we didn’t order fish broth and it was meant to be pork. We felt like throwing up - the tsukemen was so bad. Would not recommend at all, 1 star only for the nice staff and interior

Hands down the best tsukemen I've ever had! Not too salty, and the broth really grips onto the noodles when dipping. Great service and ambience tops it off. Will definitely be back.

As per other Musashi shops, very delicious, great meat. Interestingly though the tsukemen broth here was the thinnest I’ve had. Still very tasty, but I prefer thicker.

Nice! Vending machine ordering, pay and wait for a seat.Staff will ask you the amount of noodles you would like(S,M,L). Once seated the food comes pretty quick. Visually appetizing! Dip noodles in warm stock and slurp it up! Pork is tender. Once stock is low there is a hot water kettle for top up. The stock is not that salty. Worth it!

The "thick cut ramen" (厚切ラーメン) has deliciously thick, tender meat and the egg is perfectly cooked. However the soup is forgettable and noodles were overcooked for my taste. The decor of the shop is well designed and the ticket machine has multi-lingual options

Saw this place listed as one of Tokyo’s top 10 ramen restaurants, so came in on a rainy day to try some tsukemen (ramen dipping noodles) for the first time. The ordering machine has an English option, but it was still a bit confusing to order, so I just pressed the button with the photo of the tsukemen. The restaurant is cosy with two counters that meet in an L shape. We were lucky to immediately snag two seats next to each other when another couple got up and left. There are bibs tucked in the tissue dispenser (real tissues, mind you—not the flimsy mini paper napkins ve been seeing all over Japan). Jugs of ice water and extra broth are on the counter for you to take. The food was delicious, but very salty. I’ve been finding most dishes in Japan to be very salty. The meat was tender and soft and fatty and delicious. The noodles were so chewy and Q! An awesome meal, a bit on the decadent heavy side, but ramen is not healthy food. Kind of pricy at 1180 yen, but there was a lot of meat and a soft boiled egg included. I saw two ladies next to me get smaller dishes with just one piece of meat instead of two, and no egg, so I’m sure you can order less. But that wasn’t apparent on the English menu.

Probably my favorite tsukemen in Tokyo so far. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the pork belly was fantastic. The dipping sauce was full of flavor and fairly strong, but the dipping makes it just perfect for every bite. The service is fast and friendly, even though there was a queue. A must try when in Shinjuku.
