Menya Hayashimaru - Suginami City

It's cold because it's snowing at a temperature of 1 degree even during the day, so I thought it was a hot ramen, and Mr. Hayashimaru from Koenji. On a hot day last summer, I found it on the way back from Ramen Kenta, and while I was waiting for the timing to come, it became extremely cold, but I put it in without waiting, so it's safe. As soon as I entered the store, the humidity inside the store caused the glasses to turn white. After putting on a coat and wiping the glasses with a tissue, look at the menu and order. I asked for mixed wonton noodles with soy sauce + toru. This toll is the name of a large-sized doggie skin (only), but Ramen Kenta purchases it from here and uses it as a topping. Kenta-san hadn't eaten so I ordered it here. Medium-thick straight noodles with a low water content in a soft soy sauce soup that feels a little deep, like chicken and knots when you get the soup. Since thin slices of shiitake mushrooms are mixed with Menma, it seems that there is also dried fish soup stock. 3 meat wontons and 2 shrimp wontons. Both of them have a lot of bean paste and are wrapped in thick skin so that the temperature does not drop, so you can enjoy it hot. The shrimp is not minced but cut into small pieces and contains the shrimp as it is. Ginger is effective for meat wonton, and it is delicious and satisfying. It's a very delicious wonton noodle with a short noodle. I left a little soup because I have a lot of soup, but I am full and very satisfied. After a while after ordering, I noticed that the hanging cupboard at the back of the kitchen said "Miso curry ramen" and "You can choose the spiciness" !! I want to eat this. The first time today is OK with the basic wonton noodles, but next time I will return to the curry ramen and soupless tantanmen as they look delicious. It's easier to come from both at home and at work, so I have more fun.
