け	けーんけーん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日13時5分訪問。待ちなし。中野駅から歩いてきたけど、10分程歩く感じ。 ※お店に着いてから、最寄り駅が中野じゃない事に気づく(笑) お店に近づくと、強めの豚骨のにおいがあり、キター。って感じました。 ※こういったお店、最初はにおいがすごいなと思ってましたが、最近は美味しそうと感じるようになりました(笑) 注文制で、玉子ラーメンとご飯を注文。麺のかたさはふつうで注文。麺のかたさで、一番かたいのが「なま」っていうなってて、、究極は茹でへんのやって思いました(笑) 2,3分ほどで着丼。やはり豚骨ラーメンは提供がはやい！スープは、ザ・豚骨ラーメンで濃厚なスープでうまい。麺は細麺でスープがめちゃくちゃからむ。味付け玉子は、しっかり味が染みてて、うまい。濃厚なスープなので、ご飯との相性も抜群。卓上のおろしニンニク、辛子高菜？も入れて、味変しつつ、麺完食。替え玉をかたさ　ふつう　で注文。替え玉やけど、結構な量を…ありがたい。替え玉も細麺なので、すぐスープにからむ。豚骨ラーメンを食べるのは久々だった気がするが、、うまかったー！ごちそうさまでした！ Visited at 13:05 on Saturday. No waiting. I walked from Nakano station, but it feels like walking for about 10 minutes. * After arriving at the store, I noticed that the nearest station is not Nakano (laughs) When approaching the shop, there is a strong smell of pork bones, Kitter. I felt that. * At first, I thought that these shops had a great smell, but recently I've come to feel that they are delicious (laughs). Order egg ramen and rice by order. The hardness of the noodles is usually ordered. The hardness of the noodles is that the hardest thing is "Nama", and I thought that the ultimate was boiling (laughs). Donburi in a few minutes. After all pork bone ramen is served quickly! The soup is the pork bone ramen, which is rich and delicious. The noodles are thin and the soup is messed up. The seasoned egg is delicious because it has a good taste. It's a rich soup, so it goes great with rice. Tabletop grated garlic, mustard mustard? The noodles are completely eaten while changing the taste. I usually order a replacement ball. It's a replacement ball burn, but a good amount ... Thank you. The replacement balls are also thin noodles, so they are immediately entwined in the soup. I think it's been a while since I've eaten pork bone ramen, but it was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible ramen and super friendly staff! They have an English menu available inside, so no Japanese required to order. You get to choose your preferred noodle firmness and you can pay for noodle refills (kaedama) as well. I chose Hakata ramen with the firmest noodle type. Very reasonable prices (mine was 650 yen, tax excl.), cheaper than less tasty chain ramen like Ichiran, who also serve Hakata-style ramen. If I have understood correctly, Hakata ramen equals Fukuoka ramen, which is a type of Tonkotsu ramen (silky smooth pork bone broth ramen), served with extra-thin noodles, topped with sliced pork belly and green onions. Disclaimer: I am no ramen expert! They also had free toppings on the bar counter for self customization. Watching them prepare the bowl right in front of me and then enjoying the delicious ramen was a joy, I will be back for sure! 美味しかったです！☺️
