★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長きに渡りこの店舗を利用していましたが、この1年あまりの対応劣化は酷いものがあります。店長、経営方針、社員教育内容の全てが変わったのでしょうか？コンタクトレンズ屋から何故ここまで高圧的な対応をされなければいけないのか甚だ疑問。競争が激しいコンタクトレンズ業界で、こんな殿様商売が通用するほど消費者は甘くはありませんよ、メニコンさん。池袋店の女性スタッフ2名の対応があまりにも酷く、メルスプランを解約しました。どんなに良い製品（と解約するまでは思っていた）を心血注いで世に出しても、それを売る人間の対応が礼を失していれば顧客は簡単に離れて行きます。しかし、解約後にコンタクトレンズはメニコン製品でなくとも何も困らないことに気付くことができたのは僥倖でした。良い製品はいくらでも出ていますから。
解約前に目に余る対応をする者の氏名を控え、上階の眼科院長とメニコン本社に報告することをお勧めします。

I wonder why contact lens shops have to deal with such high pressure. In the highly competitive contact lens industry, consumers aren't as sweet as this kind of business, Menicon. The response of the two female staff at the Ikebukuro store was so terrible that I canceled the Mels Plan. No matter how good a product (which I thought until I canceled it) was put into the world, customers could easily leave if the people who sold it were disrespectful. However, after canceling the contract, I was able to realize that contact lenses do not have to be a Menicon product. There are many good products out there.
It is recommended that you write down the name of the person who will take notice before canceling the contract and report it to the director of the ophthalmology department on the upper floor and the Menicon headquarters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハードコンタクトレンズの定期検診のたびに訪れます。交換レンズの在庫管理がとても悪く、当日に受け取れないことが頻繁にあります。その場合は再度ここを訪れるしかなく、自宅へ配送してもらえません。新型コロナの感染対策でできるだけ外出を控えているにもかかわらず、レンズを受け取るためだけにまた外出しなくてはならないなんておかしいでしょう。こんな低い意識で施設を運営しているメニコンはおかしいのではと思います。特にこの在庫管理の面では少なくともここ5年以上改善の兆しがありません。顧客の不便を意に介さないのは名古屋企業の体質なのでしょうか？

問題はここを使う時に診察する4Fの眼科にあります。
とにかく先生の診察までが長く、それだけで1時間ほど待ちます。
診察と診察の間のカルテ記入？もたっぷり時間を使うので
良いお医者さんなのだろうなと思いますが駅前でコンタクトを受け取りたいというニーズには合わないです…。
受付にはご丁寧に「コンタクト受取の為の診察はしてません。高度な医療を提供しています」という但し書きがあります
コンタクトの受け取りまで2時間+αほどと考えておいた方が良いです。
メニコンさんお願いします、別の眼科の選択肢を下さい。もしくは受付前に2時間以上かかりますと教えて下さい。
ちゃんとした眼科なのは素晴らしいと思います。
でも他のメニコンでの対応の倍以上の時間が掛かるとは思ってませんでした。
