西馬込駅近にあるラーメン屋さん「麺処鳴声」。 此方は担々麺がメインみたいですね。 汁なし、汁あり担々麺や鯛煮干しラーメンなどありましたが「赤ずきん(激辛)」の名前に惹かれてしまったので激辛汁あり担々麺を注文。 見た目は、器からして真っ赤な見た目にもやし、ネギ、揚げネギ?、糸唐辛子が伺える。 スープの中には炸醤、芝麻、ゴマ、辣油、花椒、その他色々な香辛料が入っていました。 スープを口にすると鶏のスープを感じた瞬間、山椒の強烈な痺れが襲ってきました。 麺は極細スト麺でスープにあってるのでGood。 食べ進めると唐辛子系の辛さより山椒系の痺れが勝っていて舌や胃の中がヤラレマシタ。完食したものの流石に完飲は出来なかった。 マヨネーズチャーシュー丼はチャーシューの端肉をコロコロカットしてタレに絡ませたものをご飯の上にONしてネギとマヨの最強タッグでドーン! ってな感じでマズイわけが無い。 ★が2なのは、後でわかったことなんだけど。ナッツが本来入ってるみたいなんだよね(他の人のラーメン評価や画像を見て)。 ちょっと、それは無いなーと思ったので2です。 6/11 再来訪 すっかり日差しが強く暑い日が続いて、そろそろ冷し坦々麺やってるかなぁと思いつつ行ってみたが、まだやっていませんでした。 なので「全部乗せ!海老香る坦々麺」を注文。 見た目はスープ有の坦々麺に九条ネギ、もやし、肉味噌、味玉、乾燥海老が付け合せで乗せてあり、辛味の辣油がたっぷりかかっていて美味そう。 スープを啜ると鶏のスープを強く感じ、その後にすり胡麻や胡麻ペースト、山椒などの香辛料を感じました。個人的には胡麻ペースト的な濃厚さをもっと感じたいなぁという感想。 麺は変わらずスト麺でスープにあっていてGood。 九条ネギともやしのシャキシャキ感が非常にポイントが高かったです。 ちなみに、店内メニューには海老香るって書いていましたがスープに海老感は感じなく、乾燥海老と一緒に食べた時のみ感じたので、あれ?コレでいいのか? とは思いました(笑

担々麺全部乗せ、贅沢鯛煮干塩ラーメンをオーダーしました。担々麺も美味しかったですが塩ラーメンがとっても好みの味で美味しかったです。癖になりそうです。

久しぶりに行ったら『こんな美味しかったっけ?』って感じでした 担々麺の大辛をいただきましたが、それほど辛くはない。ちょうどいい感じです。 そして味にコクがあって硬めに茹でたモヤシの食感がいいアクセント。 辛くしなくても全然美味しい。箸が止まらない美味しさ。 前に行った時は『ふーん』って感じだったんですけどなんか久しぶりに食べたらすごく美味しくなってた。
