要望では6センチくらい切ってとお願いして
、切られている間チラチラと鏡を見てましたが
今どのくらい切ってるかが全く分からず終わった時鏡の近くに寄って見てみると要望より6センチくらい多く切られていて（家に帰って定規あてたら本当にそのくらいありました。）
とてもショックでした。元々毛先を揃えてもらう程度でお願いしましたけど結局12センチ近く切られて、すごく怒りが湧きました。評価が高かったため来店しましたがもう二度と行きません。
とてもプロとは思えませんでした。

I didn't feel very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年ほど前に息子の赤ちゃん筆作りでファーストカットをお願いしました。カット後の仕上がりもとても綺麗で、髪が伸びても良い感じのヘアスタイルをキープしていました。引っ越して別のところで切ってもらったらトホホだったので、こちらの店長さんの腕は凄く良かったんだなぁと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、こちらでカラーをしました。(美容師は女性の方)その日の夜にシャワーを頭にかけたら、茶色いカラー剤がたっぷり流れ出てきてとても驚きました。カラーをした際にシャンプーとトリートメントをしているはずなのにカラー剤がしっかり落とせていなかったのです。おかげでお風呂場が茶色いカラー剤で汚れて大変でした。タオルにもベットリカラー剤がついていました。。こんな経験は初めてでレベルの低さに驚愕しました。二度と行きません。
