★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんにカットさせてもらいましたがあまりにも雑な仕上がりでした。
オーダーとは全然違うスタイルにされ友人などからは笑われ、しばらく鬱状態でした。
1000円カットで切ったと言っても分からないくらいの技術でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人の結婚式のヘアセットの為にここに決めました。当日バスが遅れてしまい予約時間を少し過ぎてしまうかもしれないという連絡をしたら次の予約があるから10分以内じゃないと無理と言われました。私が時間に余裕を持って行かなかったせいではありますが、事情を話したにも関わらず冷たい対応。結婚式当日にそんなことを言われ焦って大汗かきながら走って向かった結果、予約時間ギリギリに到着！すぐにセットしてくれるのかと思いきや店内ガラガラなくせに10分程待たされました。予約時間通りに来たのに予約時間守れないのは店の方では？？ 遅刻の連絡受けたら大体は、お気をつけてお越し下さい、お待ちしております。じゃないの？今までは都内に住んでいて都会の丁寧な対応ばかりしていただいてたので、ここの塩対応ぶりにはびっくり。そもそも客の予約時間詰め詰めにする方がおかしいのでは？大してセットも上手くないくせにどんだけ上から？店内に入っても誰一人挨拶しない。急かしてごめんなさいって言ってくれたのは他の男の美容師。担当してくれた人は何も言ってこないし私がひたすら謝ってました。なぜ？笑 お待たせしました、お待ちしておりましたは？田舎だからこのレベルかとガッカリしました。他の美容師も、目があっても挨拶すらしない。男も女も。むしろ睨みつけるかのような目つきをされびっくりしました。都会の美容師の姿勢を見習え。

退店時、店長らしき男性スタッフは挨拶していなかったです、見えてますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 系列の横浜店が閉店したので伺いました。実はホットペッパーで探した他の店舗で、傷んでいるからと縮毛矯正を断られたのですが、ここのお店ではとても感じよく受け入れて頂き、しかも傷みなど嘘のようにとても綺麗に仕上げていただいて、感動しました。一人の担当さんが最後まで丁寧に担当してくれて、コロナ対策もしっかりしていて、安心して伺えるお店です。

店内は広く密になりにくいのも良いところ。
またヘッドスパ等もしっかり対応してくれる。
唯一残念なのはカードが使えないこと。
電子マネーもほんの一部しか対応してないので、基本現金払いです。
