ケ	ケセラセラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２度と行きません！１０分程度遅れると電話したら「わかりました…でもお待たせすることがあります」とのこと。で、１７分掛かって到着間際（お店の前に到着）でお店から「あと何分掛かりますか？」と電話があり、「今着きました」と答えて入店。お客さん２人にスタッフ３名…（休憩室に何人かいる模様）でその時間現在は大して忙しそうでもないのに「いらっしゃいませ」さえ３人のスタッフは言わず…。担当に？受付の人が話をしに控室に入り、戻ってきて「来て頂いて申し訳ないのですが１５分以上遅れたので受けられません」だそう…。連絡入れずに遅れたわけでもなく、２分すら待てないのか？せめて担当の人、髪の状態とか長さとかみて、予約状況考えたら時間内に終わらなそうなのですみません…とか言いにくるならまだしも…顔見せず、店も混んでないんですけど…？？？？でした。なんて失礼な店なんだろう…２度と行きません！ I will not go again! 田	田中万里子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉駅から歩いて行ける距離にある美容院です。閑散とした場所にここの美容室だけがポツンとあるため、少しわかりにくいかもしれません。夜遅くまで開いていて定休日がないのが良い。川崎・横浜・みなとみらいにある他の美容室と比較すると値段はかなり安めであるように思いました。カットの腕はかなり良い印象を受けました。ロング料金やブロー料金なども別途に取られることはなく、後日髪がキシキシするということもありませんでした。 It is a hair dressing shop within walking distance from Musashi-Kosugi Station. 瑞	瑞穂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎回指名料を1000円を払って2年ほどUZI氏にお願いしていましたが、杜撰な対応をされる事がしばしばあったのでさすがに今回口コミを投稿する事にしました。ありのままの事実を投稿します。何度か行って分かりましたがダブルブッキングが当たり前のようで、カットの途中だろうがシャンプー直後だろうが先に施術していた私の髪を乾かすことより後から来店した新規の客を優先して対応します。私は頭びちゃびちゃのまま20分放置されました。いつもはその間は新人の若い子がドライヤーかけたりブローまでやるのですがその日はその子がいなかったから放置されたのでしょうか。 1回の施術中に4回も「ちょっと待ってくださいね」と席を外し、後から来た客の対応を優先され、長時間に渡りダブルブッキングされてました。あの、、、こちらは22日前から予約の上あなたに指名料払ってるんですけど。。。その日はカット+カラー+トリートメントの日でしたが2時間かかりました。通常であれば1時間と少しかかるかな程度で終わります。その差分がただ単に施術中に待たされた時間です。お世話になっていたので多少は高いなぁと思いつつも言われるがままトリートメントも縮毛矯正も一番良い奴にしていたのですがその対応が良くなかったんですかね。今までは忙しいだろうし多少は仕方ないかなと思って我慢していましたが、自分に良くない評価の口コミは削除されるようなのでこちらに書かせて頂きました。安かろう、悪かろうで良いなら行けばよいと思いますが低品質な接客が嫌であれば私はお勧めしません。 I asked Mr. UZI for about two years, paying a nomination fee of 1000 yen each time, but I often responded ill-advisedly, so I decided to post a review this time.
