★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西日暮里駅から電車移動前に、今まで未経験の麻辣湯(マーラータン)をトライしに美香へランチ突撃。
事前にリサーチしてたとおり、入店してまず具材をチョイス。
全て目を通すだけで一苦労な選択肢から選んだ5種類がこれ?
･パクチー
･キクラゲ
･長ネギ
･ギョーザ
･白身魚団子
選んだ具材を籠に入れてカウンターの店員さんに渡す。
麺(春雨の細/太、拉麺、刀削麺)と辛さ(0～4)を選ぶ。
今回は春雨の太麺と、辛さ0で注文。
具材5種類で870円税込。
紙エプロンを装着していざ実食。
白濁色のスープにパクチーたっぷりで見た目もグー。
春雨の太麺は平たい麺。
スープはコクがあっておいしい。
チョイスした具材もどれもおいしい。
他の具材もいろいろと試してみたくなる。
卓上には、おろしにんにく、花椒、とともに「麻辣湯専用十味唐辛子」なるものが置いてあり、これがスパイスが効いてメチャクチャうまい！
家に欲しい。
麻辣湯のスープは薬膳の名の通り体に優しい感じがして、罪悪感なく飲み干せた。
リピート確定。また来ます。
 Before moving by train from Nishi-Nippori Station, I rushed to Mika for lunch to try Malatang, which I had never experienced before.
As I researched in advance, I first chose the ingredients when I entered the store.

Put the selected ingredients in a basket and give them to the clerk at the counter.
Choose noodles (thin / thick vermicelli, ramen, sword-cut noodles) and spiciness (0-4).
This time, I ordered thick noodles with vermicelli and no spiciness.
870 yen including tax for 5 types of ingredients.

The cloudy soup with plenty of coriander looks good.
The thick noodles of vermicelli are flat noodles.
The soup is rich and delicious.
All the ingredients I chose are delicious.
I want to try other ingredients as well.
On the table, there is grated garlic, Japanese pepper, and "Malatang-only Tomi Chili Pepper", which is spicy and delicious!
I want it at home.
As the name of the medicinal food, Malatang soup felt kind to the body and I could drink it without feeling guilty.
Repeat confirmed. I will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! If you’re like me, a lost when it comes to Japanese then read this. The place is downstairs and has a cat logo. Grab a basket and place 5 ingredients in it. Choose the noodle type and finally, the spicyness. Then you’re all set!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unusual place where you can choose your own ingredients and they cook everything for you in a real Chinese style. The staff were all Chinese, as were the array of sauces and condiments.
I had an excellent spicy Sichuan-style ramen.
