行きにくい場所ですが、行く価値アリアリです。
煮干し背脂だったと思いますが、麺とスープのマッチングがグーでした。
The shop is small, but it is a ramen shop where you can feel the spirit of the owner.
It's a difficult place to go, but it's worth the trip.
I think it was dried sardines, but the matching of noodles and soup was good.

いくつかの種類があるうちの背脂味噌ラーメンをいただきました。野菜がたっぷりで、その上にメンマがのっています。非常にバランスの良い味噌スープに、太麺がよく合っていてとても美味しかったです。思わずスープを飲み干してしまいました。。場所が少し分かりにくいのですが、オススメです?ごちそうさまでした❗️
I went to Ramen Sou for the first time.
I had some kinds of backfat miso ramen. There are plenty of vegetables, and Menma is on top. The thick noodles went well with the very well-balanced miso soup and it was very delicious. I inadvertently drank the soup. .. The location is a little confusing, but I recommend it ? Thank you for your feast ❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から食べてみたかった「らぁめん創」さんでようやく食べれました。
背脂坦々麺ネギと背脂味噌チャーシュー麺を注文。
濃厚だけどしょっぱく無いコクのあるスープに、平打ちのちぢれ麺がよく絡みます。
坦々麺は胡麻の風味と自家製であろう辣油の香りに翻弄されます。
味噌の方も味噌本来の風味が良く、どちらもクセの無い美味しいラーメンを頂けました。
カウンター席8席位で、大将が1人なので、それなりに待つ事もありますが、待つ甲斐は大いにあると思いました。
I finally ate it at "Ramen So" who I've always wanted to try.
I ordered backfat tantan noodles green onions and backfat miso char siu noodles.
The rich but not salty soup is often entwined with flat noodles.
Tantan noodles are at the mercy of the flavor of sesame and the aroma of homemade chili oil.
Miso also had a good original flavor of miso, and both of them had delicious ramen with no habit.
There are 8 counter seats and there is only one general, so I may have to wait as it is, but I thought it was worth the wait.

深みのあるオーソドックスな味でうまい。
ライスも付いてお代わりできます。
新幹線高架下で駐車場はあんまりないです。
I recommended dandan noodles, but I got miso.
Delicious with a deep orthodox taste.
You can also replace it with rice.
There are not many parking lots under the elevated Shinkansen.

若干しょっぱめだけど美味しかったです。
マー油の影響なのかニンニクの影響なのか分からないですが、二朗の豚骨っぽい味がしましたね。
店主寡黙だけどとても良い方そうで好感持てます。
ワンオペなので、タイミング悪いと提供や会計結構待ちます。

It was a little salty but delicious.
I don't know if it's due to mar oil or garlic, but it tasted like Jiro's pork bones.
The owner is quiet, but he seems to be a very good person and I like it.
Since it is a one-operation, if the timing is not right, we will wait for the offer and accounting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度来店しました。素材や技術の切れ味というよりは一杯のまとまりで勝負するらぁめんのように感じました。
1度目は背脂坦々麺、2度目は10月限定のかつお中華そばをいただきました。
坦々麺は胡麻がどっしりと構えており、それを香辛料の風味で彩っており一体感のあるスープでした。
トッピングも豪勢で追い飯をする余裕が無いほどの満足感でした。
個人的には味玉が1玉分乗っていて嬉しかったです。
かつお中華そばの方は何と言ってもかつおの香りがもの凄い。
旨味が凝縮されており出汁が好きなわたしの嗜好に非常に刺さりました。
じわじわと啜るたびに増していくかつおの旨みがクセになります。
厨房を囲むカウンター席から店主さんが一杯ずつフライパンを使って創る様を眺めつつどんぶりを待つ。
こういう時間がとても好きなので気に入っています。

The first time I had backfat dandan noodles, and the second time I had bonito Chinese noodles limited to October.
Tantan noodles had a lot of sesame seeds, and they were colored with spice flavors, making it a soup with a sense of unity.
The toppings were so satisfying that I couldn't afford to catch up with them.
Personally, I was happy to have one taste ball on board.
The bonito Chinese noodles have a great scent of bonito.
The umami is condensed and it really stuck in my taste of soup stock.
The umami of bonito, which increases with each slurp, becomes addictive.
From the counter seats surrounding the kitchen, wait for the bowl while watching the shopkeeper make each cup with a frying pan.
I like this kind of time very much, so I like it.

背脂味噌らぁめん&煮玉子頂きました。
平打の太麺好きです。炒め野菜もたっぷり!普通盛りで十分満足。
色々あるので、食べまくりたいと思います。
