★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great salad shop. But... If you see a line, forget it--more about this, later.
I love this place. The order and salad customization is done by a touch screen panel. Fast, good, and a bit pricey.... But worthy. The fact that is cashless adds to the charm :-)
But.. The shop has a limited processing capacity. Between online and regular orders the staff can be easily overwhelmed with ensuing long waiting (I had to wait a ridiculous 45 minutes during a busy lunch day).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good. Good quality and service but the ordering machine does not have English language. In 2021 and also with the Olympic Games is really ridiculous.
Update: i went there on September 2021 i am happy to say that they add English to the automatic ordering machine. Now it is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a touch menu screen so you can see all of the ingredients. It’s written in both Japanese and English, so it’s super easy to use. This is my favorite salad place in Tokyo. I love the way they chop the salad. And the ingredients are super fresh.
