★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼精疲労に悩んでたところホームページを見てメガネの調整で解決するかも知れないと思い来店しました。こちらの来店意図を説明したところ丁寧な接客で相談にのっていただき(検査は有料です)、納得感のあるご提案も頂けたのでその場でレンズ交換を申込みました。コンタクトやレーシックも選択肢に入れていたので質問したところ快くアドバイスも頂けたので、近所にこういった相談が出来る場所があるのは有り難いなあと思います。
When I was worried about eye strain, I visited the website and thought that adjusting the glasses might solve the problem. When I explained the intention of visiting this store, I consulted with a courteous customer service (examination is charged), and I was able to make a convincing proposal, so I applied for a lens exchange on the spot. Contact and LASIK were also included in the options, so I was glad to give advice when I asked a question, so I'm grateful that there is a place where you can consult like this in the neighborhood.

検査しなくても買えるとのことでしたが、久しぶりだったので検査してもらいました。
検査する場所はカウンターの裏にあり、器具同士の間が狭く移動も店内を横切ったりしてあまり動線は良くありません。
検査する医師？っぽい年配の人はタバコ臭かったです。
近視の度数が高くどんどんきつくなっていっている状態でしたが両目で見て問題ないようにした方が良いとのことで案内いただき少し楽になりました。

The place to be inspected is at the back of the counter, and there is a narrow movement between instruments, and there is not a good flow of traffic because it crosses the inside of the store.
Doctor to inspect? The elder old man smelled like a cigarette.
It was in a state where the degree of myopia was getting higher and tighter, but it was a little easier for me to be informed that it was better to look at both eyes without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネを作っていただきました。視力検査が精細で、かつ丁寧なのが好印象。レンズは失敗しないでしょうね。値段が高いのが難点でしょうか。値段気にせず選んだフレームだけでも二万円でした…。レンズいれて七万円…。痛かったです。一週間もたたずに納品されました。古いメガネ下取り価格ありました。
(追記)約半年後、二つ目がほしくなり親切にご相談頂きましたが、二つ目ということでディスカウントをがんばっていただいたものの、やはり想定値段との乖離が激しく断念しました。他店なら1/3の値段で同じぐらいの物が手に入りますので、値段が気になる方は他を探すことをお勧めします。

(Postscript) About half a year later, I wanted the second one and kindly consulted, but although I worked hard on the discount because it was the second one, the difference from the expected price was also severely abandoned. Other stores can get similar items at 1/3 price, so if you are worried about the price, we recommend that you look for another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店購入の眼鏡が歪んでしまい飛び込みで持ち込んだところ、快く無償で調整して頂き、Z○○f、J○○Sは自社眼鏡しか対応できないため、大変助かりました(他社眼鏡に責任を負えないためという企業判断なのでそれはそれで至極真っ当だと思ってます)。
スピーディーで丁寧かつ気さくな感じの接客でした。
When the glasses purchased from another store were distorted and I brought them in by diving, I was willing to adjust them free of charge, and since Z ○○ f and J ○○ S can only handle my own glasses, it was very helpful (responsibility for glasses of other companies). It's a corporate decision to be unbearable, so I think that's the right thing to do).
It was a speedy, polite and friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日吉にあったパリミキがなくなって、綱島のメガネスーパーさんを愛用してます。3から6ヶ月おきにメガネの点検に行ってますが、親切に対応してくれます。しっかり洗浄、かけ具合調整、視力点検等。
遠近両用眼鏡を二つ作りました。コスパはいいと思います。パリミキは高かったなぁ。
あとメガネスーパーさんのレンズクリーナーも使ってます。綺麗になります。少し高いのが不満です。
こりからもお世話になろうと思います。
The Paris Miki that was in Hiyoshi is gone, and I'm using Meganesuper from Tsunashima. I go to check my glasses every 3 to 6 months, but they are kind to me. Thorough cleaning, adjusting the condition of application, checking eyesight, etc.
I made two bifocals. I think cospa is good. Paris Miki was expensive.
I also use Meganesuper's lens cleaner. It will be beautiful. I am dissatisfied with the fact that it is a little expensive.
