1	1313 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の15時に大名煮込みかつ丼を目当てに訪問したが品切れ。中華そばとのセットならミニ丼が出せるとの事でオーダー。肉は固くて薄く、衣が速攻で分離しました。他店では食べていないのですが、これが名物かと。中華そばはシンプルでごく普通でした。おしぼりやナプキンなどの提供はないので、ティッシュ等を持参した方が良いです、マスクに付着してしまうので。履物は自分で袋に入れて、自分で席まで運びます。タッチパネルで注文、店員さんの接客は良かったです。 I visited for a bowl of stewed daimyo at 15:00 on Saturday, but it was out of stock. ハ	ハッスルジェット on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日月曜の昼時に伺いました。混んでおり、玄関先の機器に人数を入力し待ちチケットを持ち玄関外で待つこと１０数分で呼ばれました。チケットのＱＲコードでも確認できます。２階に案内され着席後にタブレット端末で注文です。ミニソースカツ丼とラーメンセット、カレー焼きそば、海老チャーハンを注文しました。ミニソースカツ丼は、けっこうボリュームあります。甘じょっぱいソースが良いッス。ラーメンもちぢれ麺でスープが絡んでうめっス。カレー焼きそばは、ソース焼きそばにカレーがかかっており、旨いけどしょっぱ目になり、水を欲します。海老チャーハンは、香ばしく旨いチャーハンです。帰り際に、ソースカツ丼ソースを購入しました。道の駅や土産物屋で買うより、こちらで購入したほうが、お安く購入できます。美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。 I visited at noon on weekdays Monday. D	Dco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is supposed to specialize in sauce katsu and kitakama ramen, so to try both, I ordered the set. The katsudon is supposed to be a mini Don but it was a full meal for me. I like the salty and sweet sauce. The katsu's crust is crispy even when it was drenched in sauce. Underneath the katsu is a bed of cabbage and rice. It comes with mustard and pickles which elevated the dish. While the katsu was nice, I would say the star of the dish was the aizu rice. It was really great quality rice. The kitakama ramen was just meh for me. I got the shio version and it was a little too oily for me. The menma or bamboo shoots was nice. The 3 pieces of chashu were tender and flavorful as well. The noodles are a bit wider and curly and had an Al dente texture. Overall a solid ramen, but I think I still prefer the Hakata style ramen in general.
