薬の説明も詳しく分かりやすくしてくれますし、定期薬だと服用中の体調や効果などの聞き取りをして、合わないものや効果が薄い場合は主治医に相談するように促しがあります。
特に高齢者で薬をたくさん飲んでいる人への説明や聞き取りはありがたいと思いますね。
調剤薬局と言えば、機械的、事務的な対応が多いので、高齢の家族を持っている身としては助かります。
お茶が入ったポットと紙コップが準備されていて、飴も置いてありますよ(^^)
