It was really nice that the person in charge listened to me personally and the person in charge was friendly and cheerful. The property could be previewed on the same day, so I made a contract on that day.

ココが管理するアパートに入居したが、適当なワックスがけ、壁紙貼り。まだこれだけならいい方だが、シンクや鏡は鱗だらけ、シンクは水漏れする、床は傷だらけかつ汚れてる、エアコンは壊れてる、カーテンレールも壊れてる、トイレは便座ヒーターが壊れてる。
仕事を舐めてる。客のことなんてなんも考えてない。指摘されなきゃ儲けもんとしか思ってない。
ココが管理しているアパートには絶対入居しない方がいい。

I moved into an apartment managed by Coco, but I waxed it properly and put wallpaper on it. This is all I need, but the sink and mirrors are full of scales, the sink is leaking, the floor is scratched and dirty, the air conditioner is broken, the curtain rails are broken, and the toilet seat heater is broken.
Licking work. I don't think about customers. I only think it's profitable if it isn't pointed out.
You should never move into an apartment managed by Coco.
