★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイテー。薬の数を間違えられました（二週間分足りなかった)。翌月告げたら知らんぷり。そして副作用に関して必要なアドバイスや指導・気遣いがない薬局です。 ★以前先発薬を飲んでいた頃は副作用が無かったが、この薬局でもらっていた「先発薬と見た目そっくりなジェネリック」を私が先発薬だと思いこんで飲み続けていたら、結果的にジェネリックの副作用で長い間激しい胃痛に苦しみました。 その間こちらが質問しても「胃薬も出てるのにどうしてでしょうねぇ～おかしいですねぇ～」しか答えなかったため、副作用の原因に気づくのが遅れてとても苦しみました。たとえば医師に確認する・薬を変更する・中止する・過去に飲んでいた薬を確認するなど、本来薬剤師がすべき適切な対応を全くしませんでした。これでは益々ジェネリックが嫌いになります。これらの件は薬剤師会、県の薬務課、保健所にも確認し「適切ではない」と回答を戴きました。たとえその対応が違法でなかったとしても、安心して通えないので他の薬局に変えました。

We also confirmed these matters with the pharmacist association, the prefectural pharmaceutical affairs section, and the health center, and received a reply that they were "inappropriate." Even if the response was not illegal, I couldn't go there with confidence, so I changed to another pharmacy.
