★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a McDonald's. It's actually not 24 hours, they've got special hours listed I found out sadly. But it's a McDonald's. Just like any other McDonald's you'll find in Canada or the US. However, the nice thing is, in the Spring time get your McDonald's to go, go to the park that's literally right here, sit down. And eat some french fries while looking at some damn fine blossoms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a McDonald's! Nothing much more to say. Staff are friendly and will do there best to serve you. I can order well enough in Japanese, but even those without Japanese can just point and gesture at the picture menu.
At the moment (May 2020) you can only take out. But there is a medium sized seating area for when things return to normal. It's upstairs though and the only access is using stairs.
