★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest owner. There are no English menus but fret not, the best places are ones with no English menus. You’re going for the pancakes anyways so you don’t need a menu. But if you are curious, the owner does speak English! I had the pancakes, of course, and hot chocolate. Oh my, it was delicious!! Definitely recommend if you want to try the Japanese style pancake!
It’s a very local spot. Quaint and quiet. Away from all the tourists. It can be intimidating walking into a place alone but the owner was so sweet and friendly. He asked where I was from and how long I was in Japan for. A truly genuine kindness.
Wonderful start to my day!!

Good vibe and cute store tho.
The appearance of pancakes looks so nice. Unfortunately it tastes like a dry sponge that every bites need to drink something. And the drinks is small, too.

The cafe has a lovely ambience and I really liked the retro interior!
The hotcakes and coffee were delicious; I would like to try their pilaf on my next visit.
