ドライブスルーの受付の女の店員にポイントで支払いますと言ったところ何ポイント使いますかとも言われず全ポイント使われた。
何ポイント使いたいと言ったところもうポイントで支払ってしまったようで謝りもせずその使い方はできませんとか言われた。いつも使ってますけど？自分の非を認めずこちらが正しいみたいな態度に腹が立ちました。
上記の時間に対応していた方です。
客にあの態度はなんですか？
自分の過ちを認めない店員に腹が立ちました。利用するのを考えます。
次もそのようなことあったら本社にクレーム入れます。

When I said how many points I wanted to use, I was told that I had already paid for the points and couldn't use them without apologizing. Do you use it all the time? I was angry at the attitude that I was right without admitting my fault.
