西	西野将大 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 袋詰めが嫌！ペットボトルのドリンクとサンドイッチ、おにぎり、スナック類など袋パンパンになるまで詰め込まれた。サンドイッチ、おにぎりが潰れていた。サンドイッチ買ったら、自宅付近のセブンはおしぼりが付いてくるが、こちらは聞かれもしなかった。また、赤飯おこわを買ったんだから、温めるかどうか聞いて欲しい。ホットドリンク買う際も、脚立をホットドリンクケースの前に立てて品出ししていたが、どいてくれることもなく、一言も謝罪なく、仕方なく脚立傍から手を伸ばして欲しいお茶ではないお茶を買うことになった。とにかく、接客の挨拶が無く、お客様サービスがゼロの店！ I do not want bagging! R	RaySun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が行った時はとても感じの良いセブンでした。バイトの研修中の子に丁寧に教えながら、レジに3人以上並ぶとすぐ隣のレジを開け、研修中の子と一緒に会計をしました。セブンカフェを頼んで作る時ミルクをこぼしてしまいましたが、すぐ気付いた男性店員が私がやります(拭きます)と言ってくれ、良いよ〜(いやいや私が！良いよ良いよとやり取りあり)と自分が頂いたペーパータオルで拭いてると、後で手を拭いて下さいと、サービス用の手拭きを2つ頂きました。仕事で全国回りますが、田舎のコンビニよりよっぽど良かったです。関西のどことは言いませんが、サービス用の手拭き5円取るとこもあります(笑) It was a very nice 7-Eleven when I went. I travel all over the country for work, but it was much better than a convenience store in the country. I don't say where in Kansai, but there are times when I get 5 yen for a hand wipe for service (laughs).
昨	昨日もストライク on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深夜1時過ぎに行ったのですが、店員さんが「いらっしゃいませー！」「ありがとうございました！！」と接客が良かったです。 I went after 1am, The clerk said "Welcome!" And "Thank you!" And the customer service was good.
