★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく朝6、7時代は人手不足が深刻。
ひとりで厨房もフロアも回させてるから、入店すると食器はそのまま、注文もなかなか取りに来ないなんてのはザラ。
接客業としても衛生的にも回せないなら営業してはイケないレベル。
店員云々より会社の運営方針の問題だと思うが、現状を指摘してもマニュアル的に申し訳ないと謝るだけで一向に改善されないから、もはや手に負えない。

いらっしゃいませの一言も言えない店。
コロナで控えてる？いえいえ、客によって言ったり言わなかったりしてるから、そういうのじゃない。
 Anyway, the labor shortage is serious in the 6th and 7th eras in the morning.
Since I'm turning the kitchen and the floor by myself, it's hard to come to pick up the tableware as it is when I enter the store.
If you can't turn it into a hospitality business or hygiene, it's not a good level to open.
I think it's a matter of the company's management policy rather than the clerk, but even if I point out the current situation, I just apologize for the manual, but it can't be improved at all, so I can't handle it anymore.

2020/12/20に行きましたがレジや客を担当していた 高橋の動きが凄かった。ぽっちゃりしてるけど滑らかな動きで客を捌く動きは無駄が無く 客対応も的確な距離で丁度良い言葉使いでした。
働く仲間にも声をかけて やってくれた事に ありがとう と言う姿勢は良かったです。ぽっちゃりしてましたが動きのポテンシャルが凄かったです。かなり良い動きしてから反動でいっぱい食べちゃうのかもしれません

I went to 2020/12/20, but Takahashi, who was in charge of the cash register and customers, was moving tremendously. Although it is chubby, the movement to handle customers with smooth movements is not wasteful, and the customer correspondence was just right at an accurate distance.
It was good to say thank you for calling out to my colleagues. It was chubby, but the potential for movement was amazing. Maybe you'll move pretty well and then eat a lot in reaction

生臭い魚の風味というか、食べられたもんじゃなかったです。
これがスタンダードだったら開発者の味覚を疑うレベル。。
