倍ダブルチーズバーガーをテイクアウトしたはずが、店側のミスで倍チーズバーガーが入っていました。
十分あり得るミスですが、私は今回そこそこ損した気分なので、他の方々は受け取り直後にバーガーを確認すると良いのではと思います。
気づいたのは19:30の自宅で、店側に電話したところ、人手の都合で閉店時間の20:30以降しか届けられないとのことでした。
時間もかかる上、それも悪いと思い、泉から小名浜まで車を走らせ、交換してもらいました。
ただ、謝罪が半笑い(責任者のAさん)、交換前のバーガーは廃棄するとのことで、徒労感+苛立ち+もったいないなあ、という思いで、ガッカリさせられました。
間違えられた側ですが、閉店時間後まで待たされるかor交換に行ってガッカリするか、損な選択肢しかなく、なんだかなあという思いです。
調理ミス品をもらえたり、お詫びクーポンなど、こちらのプラスになるものがあれば納得もいくのですが…流石に望みすぎでしょうね。

It's a good mistake, but I feel like I've lost a lot this time, so I think it's a good idea for others to check the burger right after it's received.
I noticed that at my home at 19:30, when I called the store, it was only delivered after 20:30, which is the closing time, due to human labor.
It took a long time and I thought it was bad, so I drove from Izumi to Onahama and had them exchanged.
However, the apology was half laughing (Mr. A in charge), and the burger before the exchange was to be discarded, and I was disappointed with the feeling of frustration + irritation + waste.
I made a mistake, but I'm wondering if I have to wait until after the closing time or go to exchange and be disappointed, or I have no choice but to lose.
I'm convinced if there is something that can be a plus, such as a miscooked item or an apology coupon, but ... I think it's too much hope.

その3階フロアのFood Forest（フードコート）内にある。
明るく大きな窓からの眺めはなかなかでそれだけでも得をした気分になれる。
AEON MALL Iwaki Onahama opened in June 2018
It is located in the Food Forest on the 3rd floor.
The view from the bright and large windows makes me feel like I'm getting a good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市内のマクドナルドはどこも渋滞待ちがあるので、イオンモール内にあると並びますが落ち着いて居られるのでいつも利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンモールのフードコートにあるので店舗と比べるとすごい行列です。その影響か商品の提供も時間がかかっているようです。
他のフードコートの店舗も人気店は並ぶのでイオンモール内では大差ありません。
忙しくても味とスマイルは安定していました。
It's in the food court of AEON MALL, so it's a great line compared to the store. It seems that it takes time to provide the product because of the influence.
There is no big difference in AEON MALL because other food court stores are lined up with popular stores.
The taste and smile were stable even when I was busy.
