1	160きゃっぽりーにょ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供と工場見学に行ったことがあります。めっちゃ試飲を進められましたが車できていたので飲めませんでした。工場にきたら安く買えるかと思ったんですが、不公平になるので安くは買えないそうです。それと事務所が酒臭いです。酒好きの人はいいですが、お酒の飲めない人は慣れるまで大変そうです（笑） I have been to a factory tour with my child. I was able to taste it, but I couldn't because I had a car. I thought I could buy it cheaply when I came to the factory, but it seems that I can't buy it cheaply because it's unfair. And the office smells like alcohol. People who like alcohol are good, but people who can't drink alcohol seem to have a hard time getting used to it (laughs).

Takahashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東北エリアでは質、量、共にダントツナンバー１ですね。1973年創業と蔵元の中では決して古くはないです、それもそのはず元々県内にあった４軒の蔵元が合併して出来た蔵元です。施設はかなり大規模ですが基本的にはすべて手造りです(^-^)2011年に起きた東日本大震災の傷跡が随所に見られます。発売から20周年を迎えた発泡清酒「すず音」をはじめ、「ひめぜん」シリーズ、甘酒、貴醸酒、古酒、低アルコール清酒等々常に新しい事にチャレンジする精神が素晴らしい(^-^)ちなみに杜氏が社員杜氏ですので酒造りの期間は他の蔵元に比べて長いです。 In the Tohoku area, both quality and quantity are by far the best. Founded in 1973, it is by no means old among the breweries, which is supposed to be a brewery created by merging four breweries that were originally in the prefecture. The facility is quite large, but basically everything is handmade (^-^) Scars of the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011 can be seen everywhere. The spirit of constantly challenging new things such as the sparkling sake "Suzune", which celebrated its 20th anniversary since its release, the "Himezen" series, amazake, kijoshu, old sake, and low-alcohol sake, is wonderful (^-^) By the way, Mr. Mori Is Mr. Mori, so the period of sake brewing is longer than that of other breweries.

一	一味秀明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月9日に酒蔵見学で訪問致しました。ちょっと早めについてしまったのですが、快く対応頂いてとても助かりました。また、ちょっと足が不自由な方も一緒だったのですが、きちんと対応していただきとても助かりました。酒蔵見学はまず座学でＤＶＤ鑑賞から始まり、工場内見学に進みながら、一ノ蔵の歴史やお酒の作りかた、工場の役割等を丁寧に説明頂きとても勉強になりました。惜しむらくは作業がみられるという事でこの季節を選んでいたのですが、早く着きすぎてしまって作業が始まるかな～というタイミングだったのが残念でした。次回は10時30分くらいにつくように考えたいです。見学が終わった後は試飲と物販があり、楽しく試飲させていただき、お土産もしっかりと購入することができました。ありがとうございました。来年の蔵開きには、タイミングが合えばぜひお伺いしたいです。 I visited the sake brewery on October 9th. I got up a little early, but it was very helpful for me to respond. Also, there were some people who were a little handicapped, but it was very helpful for me to respond properly. The sake brewery tour started with watching a DVD in a classroom lecture, and while proceeding to the factory tour, I learned a lot by carefully explaining the history of Ichinokura, how to make sake, and the role of the factory. Unfortunately, I chose this season because I could see the work, but I was disappointed that it was the timing when I arrived too early and the work would start. Next time, I would like to think about arriving at around 10:30. After the tour, there were tastings and merchandise sales, and I enjoyed tasting and was able to purchase souvenirs. Thank you very much. I would love to visit you next year when the timing is right.

大	大原拓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂き物で一ノ蔵無監査本醸造辛口をいただきました‼ 常温で呑みやすく、冷酒や熱燗でも美味しいというパーフェクトな日本酒です‼ 飲みやすすぎて怖いです❗ Ichinokura unaudited book brewing dry as a gift! It is a perfect sake that is easy to swallow at room temperature and is delicious even with cold sake or hot sake! It's too easy to drink and scary ❗
