This is not a restaurant. There is an admission fee, and materials related to alcohol are on display. From time to time, I hold exhibitions of works by local artists. You can buy sake at the local sake and Hanakura next door, and the Ichinokura factory is nearby. In my opinion, Matsuyama has long been famous for cosmos. Wouldn't it be nice to visit in the fall? Fried buns have long been famous and delicious, but I haven't seen them in recent years. If you understand, I would appreciate it if you just posted it in the review.

A place where you can learn how to make sake. If you are a Japanese sake lover or you were born in Japan, you will get the knowledge you need to know. It might be a place where I feel a little bored with my children ... We handle the products of Miyagi's pride, Mr. Ichinokura

There was a place called Meigetsu-do on the south side of this building, and I sold buns and mohosu sugar. The cancer was also delicious

He taught me about the liquors I sell carefully! Today, I bought Sasanishiki's original sake. I want to go to the storehouse opening event next time.

You can touch the history of Ichinokura's sake brewing ... Unfortunately, I don't like Ichinokura's sake (laughs). Depending on the item, Ichinokura is also delicious.

It was quiet on weekdays. There is no one at the reception ... it's not lively. There seems to be no visitors. Well ... As is often the case on weekdays, it is rare that the reception does not come out. Photography is prohibited inside the building. There are museums, art galleries, and memorial halls where photography is prohibited, but from the perspective of copyright protection and protection, it is unavoidable. I feel that there are many bans. Before, I wasn't interested in museums, art galleries, memorial halls, etc. and never went to see them until I paid the entrance fee. From there, visiting the museums in the future became one of my hobbies. I wonder if the Matsuyama Sake Museum prohibits photography because it doesn't reveal the thinness of the contents ... Operation that is too rough. In the theater screening, there are two types of screenings, and the animation is about 15 minutes, but the content is boring and boring, and there are also gimmick dolls, but the spotlight is out of alignment and the coarseness is conspicuous. At the first screening, there is no video, just the audio, and it's pitch black ... I searched for a staff member, but there was no one in the hall and I was absent. I couldn't find the reception desk on the first floor or the office on the second floor, but I went to the souvenir shop and restaurant in the opposite building and finally responded, but by the time the video was shown, half of the screening had passed. It's a pity that I can't wait to see it from the middle, not from the start. Half of the story was over, so I wasted time ...

Some interesting things about sake history and brewing process, but all in Japanese. The shop and restaurant across from the museum made the trip worthwhile.
