まず金曜日の朝の店員が全く使えない 金曜日に来店したら老夫婦の旦那の方が マスクもしないで勢い良く咳き込んでいて 周りも嫌な顔していて女性のお客さんが 店員に注意してくれと言っても何も言わず まぁ外人店員だから仕方ないかもしれないが それにしても全く何も対応せず まぁ以前にもその店員とあった自分からしたら そんな店員使ってるお店がどうかと思うな で拉致あかないから自分がマスクしてくれ と言ったら怒鳴られて 女性のお客さんなんかも失礼発言されて最悪な朝だった❗まじその店員はクビにして老夫婦は出禁にして頂きたい❗ まじで対応出来ないなら二度と松屋行きたくなくなるな

24時間営業、定食ライスおかわり自由の素晴らしいお店。 欲を言えば一部の松のやのように味噌汁もおかわり自由にしてほしい。 店員さんもいい人ばかりなので、すごく利用しやすい。おかわりのサイズを聞いてくれたりするのはすごくうれしい。 ただ、結構な頻度でセルフ給茶器の調子が悪くなるので、その度に店員さんを呼ぶ事になってしまう。お互いにあまり気持ちは良くないだろうが、給茶器の調子はすぐに良くなる。 客層は大田区然としているが、大田区民なら気にならないはず。
A wonderful restaurant that is open 24 hours a day and has free refills of set meals and rice. Speaking of greed, I would like you to refill the miso soup like some pine trees. The staff are all nice people, so it's very easy to use. I'm very happy to hear the size of the refill. However, the self-service tea dispenser gets sick quite often, so I end up calling a clerk every time. They may not feel very good with each other, but the tea maker will soon get better. The customer base is like Ota Ward, but if you are a citizen of Ota Ward, you shouldn't mind.

10数年ぶりに行ったらセルフサービスの店になってました。夜中でしたが、食べこぼした跡がそのままで汚かったです。他人が汚したテーブルを拭いて食器を片付けてるのに通常の店舗と同じ料金だと損した気分です。

最も効率化が進んでいる牛丼チェーン店の一つ。 松屋では、ほとんどの店舗で店内の入り口付近にある券売機で食券を購入する。これは他の松屋でも同じだが、食券には番号が明記されており、その番号の呼び出しは料理が出来たことを示す。客は料理の受け取りカウンターで料理を受け取り、食べ終わった後は返却カウンターに食器を返却する。つまりスタッフは清掃以外にほとんど客席に足を運ばず、調理に集中することが出来る。スタッフとのコミュニケーションはほぼ皆無に等しいが、基本的に牛丼チェーン店は10分程度でさっさと食べて腹を満たすことが目的であるため、非常に理に叶った店の構成と言える。ワンオペで遣り繰りする店も多いが、このシステムであれば比較的遣り繰りの難は少ないかもしれない。 一方、そのような構成からか、車椅子や松葉杖を利用している等の一部の障碍を持っている客には利用しづらいと感じるだろう。また、効率化を求めたあまり、盛り付けなどの見た目は良いとは言い難い(味は他の松屋と遜色は無い)。 それ程のこだわりを持たなければ、客としても利用しやすい店の一つと言える。

セルフになって初めて行きましたが、20分も待たされた。単品のみ先でお弁当は更に待たされた。セットの豚汁が店内用に用意したのを持ち帰りの器に移してた。冷めなた。

If you are under low carbs program, matsuya is a one of best restaurant for you. You can choose a tofu instead of rice for teishoku.
