★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに、ごくたまに素晴らしい店員さんがひとりいらっしゃいますね。ヘルプで回ってる社員さんでしょうか？提供するサラダの状態、肉の色の状態、薬味などの補充なんかがきちんと行き届いていました。普段は全然なので、逆に驚きました。勿論、普段その人はいないので、この評価です。
There is a wonderful clerk here sometimes. Is it an employee who turns around with help? The condition of the salad to be provided, the state of the color of the meat, the replenishment of condiments, etc. were in perfect condition. I was surprised at the other side because it was usually nothing. Of course, there is usually no such person, so this evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間によっては混雑していて、結構待たされる。店内はあまり綺麗じゃなく、出来るだけ持ち帰りを選択したい。店員さんは非常に頑張ってはいるが、人が少ないし、全員日本人ではないので、トラブル時に話が通じない。店員さんと言うよりは運営側は見直しを考えるべき。
It's crowded depending on the time, so I have to wait a long time. The inside of the store is not very clean and I want to choose to take it home as much as possible. The clerk is working very hard, but there are few people and all of them are not Japanese, so I can't communicate in case of trouble. The management side should consider reviewing rather than the clerk.

中身が油ギトギトでもう注文しません。
作るスタッフによって違うかもしれませんが外国のスタッフ2人が喋りながら調理してたのでなんか嫌かな。

The contents are oily and I will not order anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池上駅を降りてすぐのところにある松屋。入り口と食券を買う場所が狭いので、着席するまで時間がかかったり席まで行くのに人の間をくぐる必要があったりと、導線に難を感じたことが数回あった。
接客はわりと普通だが、お店云々というより、客のガラの悪さに辟易したこと数回（特に夜間）。深夜の利用は極力控えるべきと思う。加えて、主に夏場に入り口のガラス戸にビッシリと小さな虫がひっついていることがある（他の松屋を始め牛丼チェーン店ではまず見られない）。衛生管理的に疑問が残る。少なくとも小さい子供の利用は避けるべき。
Matsuya is just off Ikegami station. Since the entrance and the place to buy meal tickets are small, I had some difficulties with the conductors, such as it took time to sit down and I had to go through people to get to the seats.
The customer service is rather normal, but rather than the shops, I was frustrated by the badness of the customers several times (especially at night). I think you should refrain from using it at midnight as much as possible. In addition, small insects may stick to the glass door at the entrance, mainly in the summer (which is rarely seen at other Matsuya and other gyudon chain stores). Questions remain regarding hygiene management. At least the use of small children should be avoided.
