ただ、フロアー定員が一人であまりにも回っていなかった。(サービス面が)
お水は出さない、食べ終わったお膳もそのまま、テーブルも拭かない。
店舗として人員数の考えはわかるが、経費削減のもと、人の働きに頼りすぎるのは、いかがなものか？それでは顧客満足度が低下し、顧客離れが心配。食事は美味しくいただきました??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗と同様、外国人スタッフの方が多いのですが何も問題ありません。私語も少なく、コロナ禍で大変な中、丁寧な接客していただき満足しています。ありがとうございます。
ただ一言どうしても申し上げたいのが、飯が不味いということです。他の店舗は最近行っていないので他の店舗との良し悪しは分かりませんが、明らかに昔より不味いです。具体的には、肉の油が多すぎてべちょべちょであったり、ハンバーグが十分温められておらず、中がドロドロ、味付けが薄すぎる（濃すぎる）といった具合です。なお野菜がたまに古くてカビているのは昔も同じです。
箸の洗浄も不十分で、ベタついています。この点、すき家など割り箸の店の方が満足度高いです。
接客ファーストで、飯の質は二の次というのは、外国人スタッフの方にとって、日本でのサービス方法は馴染みにくく、店長などが指導し難いため、飯の作り方は後回しになるといった事情があるのかもしれません。
しかし、近年の値上げ方針の中、すごいリーズナブルといった食事でもなくなってきているので、油の量減らすとか、もう少しクオリティ上げていただけると幸いです。

However, due to the price increase policy in recent years, meals that are extremely reasonable are no longer available, so we would appreciate it if you could reduce the amount of oil or improve the quality a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どこの松屋も同じだけど卵オーダーすると器が濡れててイヤ。まずナプキンで拭くところから始まる。そして男女店員同士でよくくっちゃべってる。飲食店なら控えないと。ここは休日の朝利用したけど可もなく不可もなく。テーブルが汚かったので低評価。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As all Matsuya fast-food restaurants, you get what you pay for. At less than 500 yen, you can eat a bowl of rice with beef super thin slices on top and a miso soup. Not the highest quality, but very reasonable taste, no artificial colors, no MSG, right stuff. There's a only a long counter in this place, with about 20 seats, and the atmosphere is blunt. But you get served super quickly what you order, after paying at the ticket machine in the entrance. You can pay with cash, suica or even a QR code displayed on your smartphone.
