★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の対応は良かったがパーツが無いということで修理を断られ診断料だけ取られました。(あと微妙にあちこち傷がついてるし) 事前に機種と年式と症状はお伝えしてたので無理ならそこで言って欲しかったですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iMACが壊れてしまいAppleに電話したらもう部品がないので修理できないと言われ、パソコン修理専門店に相談したらと言われ、ネットで検索したらつくば市にはいくつか専門店がありました。最初に連絡したところはＨＰはいいのですが、料金が高く、ここにメールで問い合わせしたところ、診断料金がかかります。が、最終価格はここが一番安かった。他無料で対応しているお店は最終価格が高額になる傾向にあります。ここは受付の方も女性スタッフで親切でした。今回海外から部品が届くため10日間待ちましたが、データーも入れ直してもらい。とても安心して頼める信頼できるお店です。おすすめします。
When iMAC broke and I called Apple, I was told that I couldn't repair it because there were no more parts, and I was told to consult a computer repair shop. I searched online and found several specialty stores in Tsukuba. The first place I contacted is HP, but the fee is high, and when I contact you by email, a diagnostic fee will be charged. However, the final price was the cheapest here. Other stores that offer free services tend to have higher final prices. The receptionist was also a female staff member and was kind. I waited for 10 days because parts arrived from overseas this time, but I asked them to re-enter the data. It is a reliable shop that you can ask with great peace of mind. I recommend it.

海外から部品取り寄せで少し待ったが結果よかった。最初に部品が取れなくても診断料金は発生すると言われたが内部をばらして確認するとのことで正当料金だと私は思います。つくばで古くからある信頼できるお店です。
