よだれ鶏もラーメンも美味い店。 ラーメンは基本的に、塩か醤油から選べますが、2ヶ月限定のもう1種類の麺もあり、ラーメンに限らず、今までは油そばや汁なし海鮮冷麺のようなものもありました。どれも美味しかったです! 時間帯によって行列になりやすいですが、並ぶ価値あります! テイクアウトメニューは、毎日変わりますが、こちらも偶に利用しております。 店長も店員(修行されている方?)も、とても雰囲気の良い人たちです。店を出る時に、「ありがとうございます」に加えて「お気をつけて」の挨拶も結構好きです。

ラーメン、店員さん、最高です。 初めてだったので鶏白湯塩を注文。 スープはとても濃厚で、このレベルのお店はなかなか無いと思います。チャーシューも目の前で炙られて香ばしく味わいの深いチャーシューです。麺は好みの麺ではありませんが、この一杯は大満足です。また行きたいお店になりました。
Ramen, clerk, the best. It was my first time so I ordered chicken plain hot water salt. The soup is very rich and I don't think there are many shops at this level. The char siu is also roasted in front of you and has a fragrant and deep taste. Noodles are not my favorite noodles, but I am very satisfied with this cup. It's the shop I want to go to again.

平日のお昼時12時。ぎりぎりの満席で入れましたがそれ以上の行列はなく、順調に入れ替わりながらほぼん満席といった感じでした。 濃厚な鶏ダシのスープで、人数分ごとに手鍋であっためなおしながら作ってくれています。麺はちょっと太め、ちょっと平たい感じのもので、モグモグとした食べ応えが程よいかみごたえです。麺の量もおおめなのか、結構おなかがいっぱいになりました。 塩ラーメン・よだれどりセットでいただきました。濃厚な鶏スープのおいしさは塩の方が堪能できると思いました。おろししょうがと辛子ユズ味噌みたいな調味料が二種類ありましたが、いずれも食べている途中で味変につかうといい感じ。とくに辛子のほうは柚子胡椒か新潟のカンズリみたいなテイストで秀逸でした。 よだれどりもおもしろい。普通においしくてこれでビール飲みたくなります。さもなくば追加でモヤシをもっとたくさん入れたいくらいでした。たれをラーメンに入れて食べている人も見かけましたが、わたしは別々に食べたほうがおいしいと思います。 ちなみに私が行ったときは、店内のBGMがマドンナのベスト盤みたいなやつでした。マテリアルガールとか、エクスプレスユアセルフとか、懐かしくて良かった。

とにかく店長の味のセンスが大好き。 いつも食べるのはよだれ鶏。 鶏肉の柔らかさと、香辛料が効いたたれ。 高級料理店で出てきそうなとても繊細な味の一品です。 あとは日替わりの料理も最高。 炒飯や海鮮丼、麻婆豆腐がありますが、中でも黒酢酢豚は絶品です。味付け、豚肉の柔らかさ、ボリュームどれをとっても最高です。 肝心のラーメンは、普段あまり食べません笑。 しかし今期間限定でやってる鶏白湯味噌、これは驚愕の美味しさでした。味噌ラーメンが苦手な人も食べてみてほしい… 店員さんもいつも明るく柔らかくて、本当に素敵なお店です。飲食店の少ない武蔵新田にこの店があるということが、住人の私にとってはとても心の支えになっています。 これからもずっと応援しています。 最後に、頼みたいメニューが券売機に名入れと困った方は、同額の券を購入して、店員さんに口頭で伝えればOKです◎

武蔵新田の駅から徒歩圏内。かなり近いです。 商店街内にあるラーメンとよだれ鶏のお店です。 ご店主はJASMINEで修行された中華の料理人の方らしく、ラーメンに加えてよだれ鶏を提供しておられます。 どちらもハイレベルで間違いない味です。 よだれ鶏は美味しいですが相当に味が濃いため、お腹に余裕があれば是非ライスも付けていただくと食べやすいと思います。 塩を頼む方が多いですが醤油もとても美味しいです。 塩は鶏白湯みをより感じたい方、醤油は香ばしさやこってりとした味わいを楽しみたい方にオススメです。

今までの人生で断トツ1位のらーめん屋さん。 らーめんが美味しすぎる上に接客が素晴らしすぎる。 塩白湯麺は複雑なスープの味に、ゆず、かいわれ、玉ねぎみじん切りがアクセントになり飽きずに食べられる。味変がどれもおいしすぎて、まるでコース料理を食べてるような感覚。笑 よだれ鶏もただ辛いだけでなく旨みがしっかりのったおつまみにもなる料理。辛いの苦手な私でも、また食べたくなるおいしさ…!! 店主の方の接客がまた秀逸。一人一人に気を配ってくれて、お客さんとの世間話を楽しんだり。ここはバーなのか?笑。 とにかく全てがお気に入りのらーめん屋さん。初めて週2らーめん食べました。笑 昼も夜もよく並んでますが、是非食べてみて下さい!

グルメな友人に誘われ、東京都大田区の東急武蔵新田駅近くにある「名物よだれ鶏と濃厚鶏白湯麺MATSURIKA 武蔵新田」へ日曜の13時頃に行ってきました♪ さすが人気店で5人ほど行列ができていましたね♪ 店の前にメニューがあるのでどれを選ぶか悩みます。 席がカウンター7席しかないので25分ほど待ってようやく店内に入れました♪ 玄関入って右側にある券売機で現金でチケットを購入します♪ 名物よだれ鶏と濃厚鶏白湯麺のお店なので、その両方が楽しめる「特製濃厚鶏白湯麺−塩 ミニよだれ鶏セット」1,300円税込を選びました♪ 具体的には以下の内容となります♪ ・自家製豚チャーシュー2枚 ・豚バラチャーシュー2枚 ・味玉 ・海苔 ・山くらげ ・カイワレ菜 ・クラッシュたまねぎ ・なると ・柚子 +ミニよだれ鶏 店内は嬉しいことにQUEENのBGMがずっと流れていて気分は盛り上がります(^_^) テーブルに水が置いてあるので自分でコップに注いで待ちます。 特製濃厚鶏白湯麺が目の前で作られていきますが、かなり丁寧に作られていて、これは見るからに美味しそうでしたね。 まず名物の鶏よだれが運ばれますが、さすがこの鶏肉が上質で、そしてその下にあるもやし等と一緒に頂きます♪ しかしこれは結構辛かったですね。 このピリリ感が人気なのだと思います。 そして、特製濃厚鶏白湯麺が運ばれますが、おぉぉスープがかなりマイルドでこれは美味しいです♪ 麺は博多ラーメンに比べると少し太めではありますが、濃厚スープと絡み合いこれは絶品でしたね♪ しかも少し炙られたチャーシューとも合い、そして硬めの立体感ある海苔がスープに交わると柔らかく一体となりこれも味の変化を楽しめ良いです♪ そして卵の中がトロトロでこれも鶏白湯麺と合って素晴らしかったですね♪ また柚子も良い香りでより上質感を感じます♪ 想像以上に特製濃厚鶏白湯麺が美味しくて感動でした♪ 店主は、都内ホテルの中国料理店や広尾の「JASMINE」で修業していて、営業後に残ったスープで作った賄いの「鶏白湯麺」の味が忘れられず、それでラーメン店のスープとしてふさわしい味に落とし込むために試行錯誤をずっと重ねたようです。 だからスープがまろやかで美味しかったんですね。 また鶏よだれの上質感も中国料理店での経験から養われているとはナルホドでした。 「名物よだれ鶏と濃厚鶏白湯麺MATSURIKA 武蔵新田」は想像以上に美味しい濃厚鶏白湯麺やよだれ鶏を味わえてもオススメです! またBGMはQUEEN好きには堪りません!
