さ	さむらい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素朴な味で美味しいです最近流行りの豚骨に醤油やら魚粉やら入れてこってりしたものに飽き飽きしていたのでこのシンプルだけど丁寧に作られた味が凄く美味しく感じます厨房から見てるだけでも物凄く丁寧に作業されてるのが分かります丁寧な仕事と言われる有名店でも流れ作業ですが、一つ一つしっかりと手順を踏んで作業されているように見えます他の方がおっしゃるように安っぽさが無いかと言われればそんな事は無く化学調味料っぽい香りがありますただ660円て安っぽい以前に実際安いのにそこいうのはどうなの？と思いますがラーメンの鬼と有名な佐野実さんも弟子には下手に俺の真似して地鶏で無化調じゃなく適度に化学調味料も使え、ラーメンばっかじゃなく美味いモンを自分の舌に覚えさせろ、と流行りに乗ったり原価かけりゃいいとかじゃなく自分の味で勝負しろと言っていましたそう思うと本当にひとつのラーメンとしてとても完成度が高いんじゃないのかなと思いますサイドメニューのメンマとチャーシューと卵の盛り合わせなんかは丁寧な下処理ならではのメニューだと思いますし大将が一人で作業されてるのでスムーズに食べられるとは言えませんが、味を犠牲にパッと出されるよりずっといいですふとした時に食べたくなるそんな味だと思います It has a simple taste and is delicious.
