★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 細い道に長時間車を止め、車どころか自転車すら通れず、通行する人は皆困っているようでしたが、作業する人はお構い無し。しかも回収車を誘導する人は他人の家の敷地に勝手に入り込み、花壇を踏んで行きました。最悪です。
 I parked my car on a narrow road for a long time, and I couldn't even ride a bicycle, let alone a car. Everyone seemed to be in trouble, but it doesn't matter who works. Moreover, the person who guided the recovery vehicle entered the premises of another person's house without permission and stepped on the flowerbed. It's the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 回収予定時間は朝の6時から8時と、この会社から指定されたので、間に合うように準備をしていたにも関わらず8時を過ぎても、連絡がないのでこちらから確認。電話に出た人は、自分が誰かも名乗らず。受付者に来ないことを伝えると『もうすぐ着くと思います』の一言。それでも食い下がり回収担当者に連絡をして頂いたところ、担当者は『8時に伺う予定だったみたいでー』と。受付者の態度や社内共有レベルに問題がありました。しかし、回収担当者の方の接客は良かったです。
The scheduled collection time is from 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning, which was specified by this company, so even though I was preparing in time, I will not be contacted even after 8:00, so check here. The person who answered the phone didn't identify himself. When I tell the receptionist that I will not come, I will say "I think I will arrive soon". Even so, when I contacted the person in charge of collecting the food, the person in charge said, "It seems that I was planning to visit at 8 o'clock." There was a problem with the attitude of the receptionist and the level of internal sharing. However, the customer service of the person in charge of collection was good.
