ア	アイビスナナ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方もいっていうるように星１すらつけたくないです。ちょうど営業所の前にいたので電話してお願いしたら男性が対応し、「車がないので無理」といって有無を言わせずガチャっと切られました。車は沢山置いてありました。あまりの態度の悪さに2度と頼まないです。こんなに対応の悪いタクシー会社は初めてです。皆様もお気をつけください。 I don't even want to give one star so that other people can say it. I was just in front of the sales office, so when I called, a man responded, and I was cut off without saying "I can't because I don't have a car". There were a lot of cars. I will never ask for such a bad attitude. This is the first taxi company that does not respond so well. Please be careful, too.
聖	聖徳大使 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元従業員ですこの会社は労働環境としては最悪でした。この口コミに書かれている事は全て事実です。電話の対応が悪いのは元々運転手上がりでキチンとした研修を受けた事もない人がやってます。またその事を分かっていても目を瞑っている経営者が問題。賃金についても運転手はこの松見タクシーの社員であるにも関わらず、売上の折半。本来、従業員扱いで就業させるなら、就業の拘束時間分を茨城県最低賃金は払わなくてならないのに、それさえもやってない。超ブラック企業です。そんな状態であるから、良い人材も集まらないし、まともな考えの人なら辞めていくのは当然。コロナの影響で多数の人材が退職したと伺っております。しかし、つくばの中心部に設立されているが為にこの松見タクシーを使わざる得ない。と言っている人が多く、とても嫌な気持ちで利用しているのが現実です。企業としてココまで酷評を書かれて松見タクシーの経営者はどう見ているのか？これからは利用者の声に耳を傾け、従業員や会社の本質をそのもの見直し、老舗のタクシー会社として顧客のサービスに留意して頂きたいと願います。 Former employee This company was the worst working environment. Originally, if you were to work as an employee, you would have to pay the Ibaraki Prefecture minimum wage for the time you were detained, but you didn't even do that. It's a super black company. In such a state, good human resources do not gather, and it is natural for people with decent ideas to quit. I heard that many human resources have retired due to the influence of Corona. However, because it is located in the center of Tsukuba, I have to use this Matsumi taxi. Many people say that, and the reality is that they use it with a very unpleasant feeling.
