タクシー会社から到着したと電話あり、すぐ家から出て行ったら
「何やってんだよ、こっちは10分以上待ってたんだぞ！」といきなり客に対して罵声。
客にその態度はないでしょ？と言ってもダラダラと文句と言い訳の羅列。
申し訳ないですが、会社にも電話しましたし、ここのタクシーを二度と乗る気にはなれません。
今後の社内研修にて接客の態度や精神を見直された方が良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際に使った訳ではないですが、明らかに信号は赤になっているのに右折している所を見ました(右折専用信号から赤に変わっていた)。お客様は乗っていないようでしたが、人の命を預かる仕事なのに普段からこれでは安心して乗れないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永瀬忠というドライバーは一言もしゃべりません。行き先を伝える時、到着した時、お金を渡す時、お釣りを渡す時何にも言いません。このドライバーには乗らない方がいいです。気分が悪いのでその人を回さないようにタクシー会社に伝えてあったのに今日また回されました。配車係の人…なぜ？会社で指導…してないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転手の名前を覚えておけばよかった。次に会ったらつくば市タクシー協会に通報する。まず態度が良くない。お客相手にデスマス調使わず、タメ口で話す。こっちは敬語なのに、なぜか上から目線。(ナメている？)
次に、クレジットカード対応と書いてあったので予約したのに、使えないと言われた上に、「半分くらいのタクシーはカード使えないよ」と運転手に説教された。
電話でどういうことかお問い合わせすると、黙り込んでから、しどろもどろに「あの運転手だけカードに対応してなくて」みたいなことを言われた。どこまで信じていいのか分からないし、運転手になすりつけてる感じがした。あの運転手だけ問題アリなのだろうか？もしそうなら迷惑だ。
タクシー予約はやはり口コミを調べてから行うべきだった。そして、領収書など、証拠を残しておくべきだった。できれば次は、もっと評判のいい所にお願いしたい。

Don't use the Yamask style to the customer, talk with a tame mouth. This is a honorific, but for some reason I'm looking at it from above. (Are you sick?)
Next, I made a reservation because it said that it was compatible with credit cards, but I was told that I couldn't use it, and the driver preached, "I can't use a card for about half a taxi."
When I asked him what he meant by phone, he kept silent and then confusedly said something like, "Only that driver doesn't support the card." I didn't know how much I could believe, and I felt like I was rubbing on the driver. Is that driver the only problem ant? If so, it's annoying.
Taxi reservations should have been made after checking the reviews. And I should have left evidence such as receipts. If possible, I would like to ask a place with a better reputation next time.
