40分、ヨモギの蒸気で体が軽く、体重が減ったような気がしました初めての経験でビックリしましたが、後はすこぶる体調が良くなりました

自転車で300km～400km程走る自分にはここ以外の整骨院には行きたくないって程の腕の良い整骨院ですね！

整体へ通う以外にも、家でも先生から教わった事を実践していくうちに体も動かせるようになり、今はなかなか出来なかったトレーニングができるようにもなりました。
メンタルクリニックでは薬で症状をおさえるよう言われ続けてきたのですが、お陰で自分の力でも症状をマシにできるんだと健康に対する考えも変わりました。いつも本当にありがとうございます！！
