予約制ではないので、気軽に立ち寄れるます。
またその都度、ストレッチのアドバイスなども親切に教えてくれます。
御年配の方も多いですが、スタッフ様の明るい対応や先生の人柄の良さで信頼をされているように伺えます。
場所は少し分かりづらいですが、一度、覚えてしまったら駐車場もありまして、立地もいい思います。
